1.Plasitc: PLA,ABS,PETG,PVDF,PCL,PA,PC,TPE,TPU,WPC, HIPS.etc

2.Extrusion System: The single-screw extruder (twin-screw extruders are optional to accommodate special modified raw materials). The screw LD is typically 28:1-30:1, paired with a multi-stage temperature-controlled barrel (generally 3-5 zones) to ensure uniform plasticization and stable extrusion of the raw material. Servo motors to save energy.
4.Mold die:  The diameter of mold die can be designed with different diameter.

5.Cooling  and  shaping System: three-stage water-cooling tank to gradual cooling the filament by hot water, warm water and cold water. A rapid cooling and shaping to ensure the roundness and dimensional stability of the filament, preventing surface defects.

6.Traction System: A high-precision traction device driven by a servo motor, with adjustable speed (commonly 100-250m/min), is linked in a closed loop with the extrusion speed to ensure uniform wire diameter.

7. Rewinding System: Fully automatic rewinding machine, supports fixed-length/fixed-weight rewinding, with neat winding lines, adaptable to different roll specifications, and optional non-stop roll changing.

Working Description

The mixer mix the color with raw material, and the vacuum loading system will load and dry the material into the hopper. Then the extrusion machine will melt the material, the filament will come out from the die with its designed diameter and then go to the hot water tank(the water will be heated), then warm water tank and cold water tank,A three-stage water-cooling tank + cooling combination is commonly used for rapid cooling and shaping to ensure the roundness and dimensional stability of the filament, preventing surface defects. The high-precision traction system driven by a servo motor, with adjustable speed (commonly 80-150m/min), is linked in a closed loop with the extrusion speed to ensure uniform wire diameter. Finally the fully automatic rewinding machine adaptable to different rolls.

Product Description

Dryer and automatic loader

Load the raw material into the hopper, and meanwhile, the dryer will dry the material.

The dryer hopper is 75kg

Load the material by vacuum.

You can use a mixer to mix the color pellets with the raw material.

Normally we will use single screw extruder(with a twin-screw option available for specialized modified materials)

4 heater zone with 6~7kW of heating for each zone.

High-quality nitriding steel requiring nitriding processing. Nitriding hardness: screw ≥740 HV, barrel ≥940 HV; 

Ceramic heater with SS cover to pretect the heater.

The diameter of filament can be designed.  Normally 1.75mm and 2.85mm

Hot and warm water tank

The material come out from the die is very hot,We employed a combination of a three-stage water cooling trough and air cooling to ensure rapid cooling and shaping, thereby guaranteeing the filament's roundness and dimensional stability while preventing surface defects.

The first is 4m hot water tank and the second is 6m warm water tank .

The heater power is 3kW+3kW

The water can be recycled.

Cooling water tank

Adjustable height and direction: caster-based adjustment.
Equipped with an air-blast water removal system for in-line moisture elimination.
Uses a stainless steel water guide channel to connect to the cold water tank, ensuring no water is carried to the floor during high-speed operation.
An air-cooled radiator is installed on the circulating water loop.
