1. Equipped with dual screen changers, each boasting two robust round filters with a combined area of nearly 2400mm². These filters include a pressure alarm system that alerts operators when the pressure reaches a predetermined level, ensuring prompt maintenance and efficient operation.
2. All integrated electronics, including motors, inverters, and the PLC touch screen interface, are high-quality Siemens products, guaranteeing reliability and seamless operation.
3. The compactor is ingeniously designed with a water-cooling cover, enhancing its cooling efficiency and ensuring consistent performance.

Our two-stage machine incorporates dual screen changers, effectively filtering impurities while featuring both vacuum and natural degassing systems. This brilliant design results in stunning, high-quality pellets, alongside the machine's exceptional performance and efficiency.

The film material is efficiently transported to the compactor via a belt conveyor, where high-speed rotary cutters are meticulously installed on the cutter plate alongside stable cutters on the compactor's side.
