Plastic Granulator/Plastic Extruder/two stage plastic extruder for waste plastic HDPE LDPE PP PET PVC EVA ABS EPS,This is mainly used for PP PE film and rigid or hard crushed material is also possible, it is specially designed for feeding squeezed material, waste dirty material after washed and dried.

Two stage machine with two screen changer, so that it can fliter much more impurity. Meanwhile the machine with one vacuum degassing and one natural degassing, then the final pellets will be more beautiful. The machine is with high performance and high efficiency, 

Screw is designed with differennt type for different, and the heater also can use Cost Aluminium, cost copper, alloy, keramic or others.

Side feeder with mixer, material feeder into the extruder, meanwhile the mixer will be running all the time, the material won't stick together and can be send into the extruder
