Metal detector on the Belt conveyer
Customer can decide to install or not install metal detector on the belt. Metal detector can check the melt, if there is melt the detector will alarm and stop, peope chect out the melt and throw it way, and restart the belt conveyer again.

Belt conveyer(you also can add one metal detector on the belt to check the metal in the material, if there is metal in the material, it will alarm and the belt will stop by itself. People come to throw away the metal and restart the belt, the belt will work again)

Compactor can cuttrer and agglometer the material together, with its fast speed running ,the material will be send to the extruder. There are stable cuter on the side of the compactor and rotary cutter in side of the compactor. It is cooling by water, there is water cooling system in the bottom of the compacor. it works by the running of rotary cutter, stable cutter and the rotary cutter cut the material and by friction the material will be compred. And with cutter base running the material can be better melt and flow into the extruder.
Degassing of the extruder, usually we use one natural degassing and one vacuum degassing. both degassing all can be controlled by vacuum
