Single screw feeder, feed the PET flakes into the extruder equally and smoothly.
Vacuum degassing on the extruder, you can put one natrual degassing and one vacuum degassing, or you can put two vacuum degassing.
Screen changer for the PET material, its better to use round screen.The material come out from the die(pull trap like noodles pelletizing way, PET must use this pelletizing way. And the its need good vacuum, like roots pump, then the pellets will be much better)
