Screw elements install like building blocks, piece by piece. Differ design can be for different material.

Rotary charger send the material into the main feeder and the side feeder, the feeder will send the Raw material into the extruder equally and smoothly. Main feeder feed the main material such as PE (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE), PP, TPE and side feeder feed the additives such as SBS Color batches Filler and additives ( UV protection Materials, Modified, EVA, black carbon granule, flame-retardant granule….)
If there is some material need to be weighted, the we can use a weightlessness feeder to weight it, so that the material can be feeded into the extruder exactly.Screw elements, barral and the core  of the machine
Vacuum degassing to discharger the water in the material, so that the final products can be much better to use
There are sereval pelletizing way for cutter the material, like vertical water-ring pelletizing way, horizontal pelletizing way, under-water pelletizing way, pull strap pelletizing way.(Pull trap like noodles pelletizing way, PET must use this pelletizing way. PC, KPE ABS are also need pull strap pelletizing way. )Water tank can cool the material and the gale dryer will blow the water on the surface of the mateiral, then the pelletizer will cut the material into granules.
Speed of pelletizer can be controlled, so that the size of granules can be tested by the speed of the pelletizer. Then you can use a dryer mixer to dry the material again.
The dryer mixer will dry the material with hot wind.Finally the material can be send into the silo or send to big bags to be packed.Vibration can seperator good pellets from bad pellets.
