Inorganic Pigments Color Masterbatch and PP PE Fiber Glass with CaCO3 Extruder Machine,Twin screw compounding extruder palletizing machine is mainly used to produce all grades of Masterbatch, filler and modification, blending and modification, functional parent granule(black carbon granule, flame-retardant granule, degradable granule, double protective granule), various cable, special material(EVA, flurin rubber, TPR sole material, UV protection material), reactive and extruding, powder coating.

Working Principle
First by the high speed mixer, you can mix all material equally accroding to its different percentage. Then we send the mixing material into hopper by screw charger, our hopper is special desinged, so the material in the hopper won't getogether. Different material with different screw design to meeting the feature of material. 

Suitable material
PP/PE+ CaCo3+Wax+Butter + other additives,our extrision machine can add CaCo3 up to 85%.

Material mixing Process step
1. Put Caco3 into the high speed mixer for mixing 5mins
2. Within 1min put coupling agent(115^OC), mixing for 6-10mins
3. Put stearic acid into it, 1min later send PE into it
4. Mixing all material 2mins
5. Final put wax in, mixing 0.5-1min, and take material out immediately.
