Function: Efficiently feeds materials into the hopper (feeder) via the rotary charger, then plasticizes and feeds the material into the extruder evenly for consistent quality.
Features:
Speed can be precisely controlled by an inverter, ensuring consistent material flow;
Equipped with a sight glass on the hopper (feeder), offering clear visibility of material quantity within the hopper;
Constructed from durable SS304 material, the rotary charger and hopper guarantee longevity and robustness;
2. Extruder:
This innovative machine utilizes a single screw double stage mechanism;
Function: Advanced processing from the first to the second stage through the die, expertly extruding, plasticizing, and heating various materials, thus enhancing stability and determining overall machine capacity;
