Working Description

The plastic is then cleaned and shredded into small pieces, which are mixed with sand in a ratio of 1:3 (one part plastic to three parts sand) or other ratio. Next, the mixture is heated in a furnace at a temperature of around 200 degrees Celsius. This causes the plastic to melt and coat the sand particles, creating a solid and durable material that can be molded into bricks. The melted plastic also acts as a binding agent, eliminating the need for traditional cement. Once the mixture has been heated, it is pushed through extruder into molds of various sizes and shapes, depending on the requirements of the project. The molds are left to cool and solidify, producing sturdy and lightweight bricks that can be used for a range of construction applications.

Mixer

Mix the waste plastic together with the sand. Barrel and blade material: SS304, Bright and clean, easy to clean, anti-corrosion, durable and wear-resistant won't pollute material. With the blade high speed rotary to make the material friction, then the material can mix together and the Moisture evaporates rapidly from the exhaust. 

Screw loader

Feeder

send the material into the hopper of feeder equally. There is sensor in the feeder, so when it is full, the screw loader will stop automatic.

Feed the material into the extruder equally. With it, the material won't be blocked in the mouth.

Extruder

Special designed of screw and barrel for mix waste plastic and sand.

Gearbox is with high torque,low noise,external connect with cooling system

AC motor with ABB inverter to control the speed of machine and can overload protected

Screw and barrel material is bimetallic with Wear-resistant, to that it can have long life.

Vacuum degassing is for exhausting the air

Cast Aluminum or ceramic heater can heat the screw and melt the plastic inside, The temperature is controlled by meter

There is fan outside to cool the heater.
