Product Description
SJ Series HDPE LDPE Film Plastic Pelletizing Machine Line Film Granulating Line compacting and pelletizing system combines 3 in 1 pelletizing line functions of compacting, plasticization and pelletizing into one step, applied in the plastics recycling and pelletizing process. It is a reliable and efficient solution for plastics film, woven bags and foaming materials granulation.
Two stage machine with two screen changer, so that it can fliter much more impurity. Meanwhile the machine with one vacuum degassing and one natural degassing, then the final pellets will be more beautiful. The machine is with high performance and high efficiency,
Screw is designed with differennt type for different, and the heater also can use Cost Aluminium, cost copper, alloy, keramic or others.
Side feeder with mixer, material feeder into the extruder, meanwhile the mixer will be running all the time, the material won't stick together and can be send into the extruder
