300kg PP PE flakes extrusion granulation machine is mainly used for rigid or hard crushed materials, like vans, bottles, caps and so on.
If matched with different die heads and auxiliary machines,it also can make plastic production. There are several pelletizing ways, such as water-ring pelletizing way; water-cooling pull strap pelletizing way(like noodles), wind-cooling rubs surface granulation way. Under-water granulation way.

The advantages of this machine

This machine with vertical water-ring die face pelletizing way.If you like horizontal water-ring die face pelletizing way(face to ground way), it's also possible. As our opinion, for the small machine, horizontal water-ring die face will be better, it is easy to clean and change the cutting knives, but for the big machine, it's not so good, because it will be easy to shake and the life will be short.
