Material come from the first stage extruder to second stage extruder. There is heater on it to heat the mateirla so that the mateiral won't get hard. If customer needs, we can use a cover to protect the operator from heating.

Wth the scond extruder, the material can come out from the die stable. so that the final pellets can be stable and more beautiful.

The material come out from the die is much hot, so the water tank can cool the mateiral and the the strap can be cooled and become hard.

Coled strap will go into the gale dryer, it will blow the water on the surface of the material, so that the material can be dryed.

After be dryed, the material will go into the pelletizer to be cut into granules, and then they will be collected in the silo.

The machine can used to recycle LDPE film, HDPE film, bags,cans, basket, PP woven bags, PP non-woven fabric. Polyester fabric and so on.

Our two screw extruder/double stage extruder granulator is characterized by being suitable for materials with more impurities, higher moisture content and large output. It also can come with a forced feeder on the top or on the side to feed the material into the extruder by force press. Sometimes customer want to fill different kinds of material into the extruder to compound them together, then we can two or three feeder on the top of on the side to feed all of these material together or at different time.
